Welcome to the neighborhoods
Here, each neighborhood is different, with an experience and a vibe all its own. Parks, landscapes, homes and amenities are all unique to the neighborhoods in which you find them. Yet every Great Park neighborhood also has one thing in common: fellowship in a greater community and an exceptional lifestyle shared by all who call it home.
Currently two neighborhoods, Rise and Solis Park, are actively selling new homes. We invite you to find your place here.

Kids will walk to the brand-new Solis Park School K-8 and nearby Portola High School via linear green spaces, and families can ride the trail into the regional Great Park to take advantage of all it has to offer.
