A Breath of Fresh Air
Nature is not just part of the plan. It is the plan: a new home community designed around and between parks, trails, gardens, native landscapes and wildlife corridors. A literal breath of fresh air is outside every door. What that means to the health benefits of residents, both human and non-human, is immeasurable. Now and for years to come.
Great Park Trails at Bosque
WHERE NATURE AND NEIGHBORHOODS MEET
Follow 1.5 miles of linked trails through the Upper Bee and Bosque—an 11-foot-wide multi-use paved path plus softer decomposed granite routes. Enjoy seasonal native scenery, lighted paths, shaded benches, a playground, and three safe pedestrian and bicycle undercrossings, with easy street connections. With parking, restrooms, drinking fountains, and picnic spots, it’s a seamless, family-friendly way to move, pause, and explore.
Landscapes that are native
The landscapes surrounding the community inform the landscapes within the community. We’re not just talking about the use of native plants and grasses but the incorporation of geological landforms. Rise neighborhood, for instance, features a corridor inspired by a nearby limestone canyon.
